THE PROGRAM

Your golf fitness program starts with the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Functional Movement Screen, a proven assessment used by many of the professional PGA tour players to identify movement deficiencies in your golf swing.

After completing the TPI Functional Movement Screen, fitness coaches will create a program and implement a plan to increase the consistency of your golf swing and decrease the chance of injury on the golf course. Combining this custom program with golfing practice will lead to a decrease in your handicap and increase your longevity in the game.

To get started we simply have you come into the studio for a no-obligation consultation to meet in person to discuss the different programs we offer to find the right fit for you.

We have several package options available:

PLATINUM provides both Movimento Golf Fitness sessions with your personal TPI assessment and individual program design PLUS Swing Lessons with a PGA of Canada Certified instructor at the Sturgeon Valley Golf & Country Club. The scheduling is flexible and you may start any time.

GOLD provides Movimento Golf Fitness sessions with your personal TPI assessment and individual program design. The scheduling is flexible and you may start any time.

SILVER is our Movimento Golf Fitness Large Group Program. Working in groups of up to 14 people we will work through more generalized exercises to help improve your mobility and golf game. These sessions run at set times Mondays and Thursdays at 7:30 – 8:15pm. The next session begins on May 4th.
