Nutrition Crash Course

Good nutrition patterns are the key to staying healthy and reaching your fitness goals. We can’t sugar coat it…there are no fad diets or magic pills here, only basic & healthy, whole nutrition and the accountability to what you are putting into your body. Our course will “tell it like it is” and will give you the basics you need to know about eating a healthier-balance plan to leave you feeling good, having more energy, and allowing you to get the results from your program that you can not obtain with exercise alone.

Grocery Shopping Tours

So you have joined a Movimento Fitness program, and attended the nutrition crash course, but now you need some “on location help” to make sure everything that hits your grocery cart is in line with your healthy eating plan. This is where our grocery store tours come in! We will take you out of the “boxes with barcodes” isles and get you on the right track.
What our Tour Covers:
- A 60 minute tour of a local grocery store
- A complete list of clean foods with area’s of the store to focus on
- Education on reading labels properly and what you should be looking for
- Getting the most health bang for your buck!
