1-to-1 Personal Training

Maybe you’ve tried the diets, the pills, the potions, the packaged food and you’re still fighting health and weight issues. Or you are struggling with injuries or health issues and are having a hard time getting active. Our 1-to-1 Personal Training program provides the maximum in individual attention and support you need. This type of training gives us the opportunity to work with you more diligently on all aspects of your health. Private training allows us to help you break through barriers and achieve a healthier lifestyle. As our premium coaching service, we work closely with our 1-to-1 members to ensure that you are on the right path to success.

We provide specific, targeted, and individualized fitness programming to help you reach your specific goals. Our coaches work side-by-side with you each session making sure each exercises is performed correctly for maximum benefits. We start at your fitness level and progress at your pace to help you see dramatic improvements over time.

Semi-Private Personal Training

Our unique Semi-Private Personal Training program makes personal training both fun and affordable! You will work through your own personal program with your training coach while in a small group of up to 3 other members. If you are striving to change your body composition, improve your health, have more energy, and get stronger we can help. Semi-Private Personal Training is our most popular training program and a great place to start when joining us for the first time. You will get a great dynamic and efficient workout always led by our coaches to help you succeed!

Our Semi-Private Personal Training service is a great method of getting results because you have a program tailored to your specific needs but also have the camaraderie of working with other members. We’ve seen it to be a great source of fun and inspiration! It is an excellent way to get the expertise you need and have a supportive team of coaches and members in your corner!

Large Group Training

Our Functional Interval Training Large Group sessions are designed to get you an amazing full body workout. Our interval training combines functional movement exercises, strength training, kickboxing, cardio, TRX, spin and more! Each session is different and sure to get you sweating. Our Large Group Training is ongoing and you can sign-up and join in anytime. Sessions are limited to 15 people so you get the individual attention you need with the fun of a group environment. We make sure you are performing every movement correctly for maximum benefit and to keep you injury free. We offer both 2x per week and unlimited training options to fit your schedule.

After you have completed your consultation you can get started training as early as the next day!

Is there somewhere I can view all of your package prices and/or register online?

We are very serious about getting to know our potential members so we can match you with the training program that best suits your needs and the goals you’re trying to reach. Determining which of our services is best for you requires that we touch base over the phone or meet for a complimentary consultation as to avoid any confusion. This is why we have so many members that have been able to stick with their fitness programs long term and achieve success! Can I come in and workout on my own?

We are not a membership gym, rather we are a training facility and this is what makes us unique! We are entirely service based, meaning every time you walk through our doors you will always have guidance and support from our coaches. We do not have memberships that allow you to workout on your own in our facility.

I haven’t exercised in a while and I have an injury. What do you recommend?

If you have not participated in any physical strengthening programs in the last 6 months and you have an injury, first consult with your physician. Once cleared, we recommend you start with our 1-to-1 or Small Group Personal Training services so we can provide you with adequate modifications. Be sure to notify us of your injuries so we can make the appropriate changes to your program. You know your body best so if anything is aggravating an injury or you are experiencing pain, stop immediately and inform us.

What do I need to bring with me to my training sessions?

We recommended that you wear comfortable workout attire and bring a water bottle with you. Clean indoor running shoes are a must.

What kind of exercises will I be doing?

All of our training programs are well thought out and they consist of full body modalities varying on different muscular emphasis.

Can I just drop in anytime to chat? Or do I need to book an appointment?
